02What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking on this site.

• Contact form: your name and email address, plus, if you provide them, your telephone number, preferred language, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Simulator: the answers you select, together with your name, email address, optional telephone number and preferred language.
• Server logs: our host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

03Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To keep a record of enquiries and protect the site from abuse - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest.

04How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. If you become a client, your file is kept for as long as Bulgarian accounting and anti-money-laundering law requires. Server logs are kept briefly by our host.

05Who has access

Your details are seen by the Horizon Bulgaria team handling your enquiry. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we never share it for marketing.

Two providers process data on our behalf: OVH, which hosts this site within the EU, and the mail provider that delivers form submissions to our inbox.

06Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. None for advertising, none for analytics, none for tracking.

It stores a single item in your browser's local storage: the language you chose (FR, EN or BG), so the site opens in that language next time. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page sends no request to any font provider. Nothing on this page is loaded from anyone else: no maps, no embeds, no external fonts or scripts. Your visit stays between your browser and our server.

07Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

08Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), or to the supervisory authority in your own EU country.

09Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date.
